Guv urges engineers to be job creators & innovators

Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati Thursday called upon the graduating engineers to become job creators, innovators, and entrepreneurs who can transform challenges into opportunities.

Addressing the 12th Convocation of BPUT, Rourkela, Kambhampati said the world is being rapidly reshaped by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, renewable energy, data science, biotechnology, and space exploration. “India is not a spectator in this transformation—it stands as a leader. Initiatives such as Digital India, Startup India, and Make in India have created vast opportunities for engineers to innovate and lead,” he said.
