Utkal Hospital, Bhubaneswar, Odis-ha’s largest stand-alone private healthcare institution, Thursday became the first hospital in Eastern India to adopt Salesforce Agentforce, marking a significant milestone in the region’s healthcare digitisation journey.
The transformation is being implemented in partnership with Salesforce, the global leader in AI-powered CRM, and Coserve Software Solutions Private Ltd, a certified Salesforce consulting partner. This initiative brings together cutting-edge tools such as Salesforce Health Cloud, Agentforce, Salesforce Scheduler, and AI-powered chatbots to enhance patient engagement, streamline internal operations, and automate key services.
