STRIKER PROVIDES POSITIVE UPDATE IN RECOVERY FROM HIS KNEE INJURY

NOTTINGHAM Forest striker Chris Wood says he has had "positive" news from his surgeon regarding the next stage of his recovery.

He has not played since mid October because of a knee injury that required surgery.

"It's not been a nice time, injuries aren't great," said Wood.
