Plans for 100 luxury flats near Trent Bridge scrapped

AN ambitious project to build 100 luxury apartments near Trent Bridge has been scrapped.

The development, on London Road, was granted planning permission by Nottingham City Council in September 2021.

The nine-storey development would have included basement parking, a gym and food and beverage facilities.

The apartment block was going to be built by the ALB Group.

ALB's managing director Arran Bailey said at the time that he hoped the project would deliver “luxury homes and further amenities to the area”.
