NIGEL "11-JOBS" FARAGE TOPS THE LIST OF MPS EARNING FROM ADDITIONAL JOBS

NIGEL Farage has earned almost £1million from jobs other than being a Member of Parliament, since the general election last summer.

The MP for Clacton skipped the return of Parliament from the summer recess this week in order to visit Washington DC.

He was expected to speak at the right-wing National Conservatism conference, but reportedly arrived too late to make his slot.

He wasn't too late to speak at a US congressional committee on free speech in Europe though, arriving in plenty of time to be called a “Putin-loving free speech impostor” by Democratic Congressman Jamie Raskin.

Speaking engagements have been good earners for Nigel Farage since being elected to Parliament last July.

He has 10 sources of income other than his job as an MP listed in the Register of Members Financial Interests.
