Nottingham Post
|August 01, 2025
FAMILIES are being invited to story and art sessions which will be running across Nottinghamshire libraries this summer.
-
Nottinghamshire Healthcare's Mental Health Support Teams will be hosting the sessions for children aged five to nine-years-old and aim to support mental health in a fun and engaging way.
The team will be reading some favourite stories about growing in confidence, celebrating strengths and highlighting how to keep going when facing challenges.
They will be sharing tips on how to manage feelings and making art to support our wellbeing.
