A MAN who has been voluntarily cleaning the Brian Clough Statue for years has now turned his attention to other prominent landmarks.

Michael Stremouch, 63, from West Bridgford, has been cleaning the statue of the legendary Nottingham Forest manager and graves at Wilford Hill Cemetery as a way to keep him busy during his retirement.

With Remembrance Sunday coming up, Michael has dedicated his time to Nottingham statues that will be the focal point of Poppy Day Services.
