Forest ace Elliot may be United's first choice

ANDERSON COULD BE A WANTED MAN

MANCHESTER United are in the market for TWO big midfield signings next summer - and Nottingham Forest's Elliot Anderson is top of the list.

United boss Ruben Amorim wants midfield reinforcements as his number one priority to rebuild his squad, with Brighton & Hove Albion's Carlos Baleba the other big deal in the frame.

Brighton resisted United's late interest in the 21-year-old in the summer but they remain keen with the Cameroon international also wanting to move to Old Trafford.

But United also see Forest's England international Anderson as another target and his ability to play number six and also as a marauding midfielder means they are ready to pull out all the stops to get him.
