Fake window concealed cannabis grow in house

TWO men who were growing cannabis at a house in Nottingham used a fake window with a light bulb printed on it to conceal what was really going on inside.

All three bedrooms at the Aspley address had been converted to grow the drug, watched over by Shamal Xhixha and Dennis Cani, Nottingham Crown Court was told.

The electricity had been by-passed and the pair had agreed to water the plants and switch growing lights on and off in return for cash to pay off debts they had incurred getting to the UK illegally.
