THE winners of Devon Loves Dogs' Bag it and Bin it competition have been announced.

Devon Loves Dogs is a free membership scheme for dog owners and dog walkers. It ran the competition which encouraged people to bag and bin dog waste. The competition ran for three months at the start of the year, with one winner chosen at random for each month. The competition is now close
