TR Capital's Mutthoo set to exit, join Raj Dugar

Asia-focused investment company TR Capital's director Rohitt Mutthoo, who oversees investments in India, is set to step down in the coming weeks and partner with ex-Eight Roads Ventures executive Raj Dugar to lead a secondary fund, three people in the know said.

Mutthoo quit two months ago and is serving his notice period, which will conclude in November first week, two of the people said seeking anonymity. "He is expected to join hands with Dugar at a new firm called Ambit Arcadia Alternatives and lead the secondaries strategy," a third person said.
