HMEL to invest in refinery expansion

HPCL Mittal Energy Ltd (HMEL) will invest ₹2,600 crore to expand operations at its Guru Gobind Singh Refinery in Bathinda, setting up polypropylene downstream units and fine chemical projects, the firm said Tuesday.
