Swiss co to invest $25 mn in BluSmart

Switzerland-headquartered impact investor responsibility invest up to $25 million, or around 208 crore, in electric mobility startup BluSmart.

The investment comes as part of its $500 million climate investment strategy to actively reduce carbon dioxide emissions in Asia. responsability is part of UK-based investment and savings firm M&G Plc.
BluSmart, the Gurugramheadquartered EV operator, which offers a full-stack electric vehicle ride-hailing service and EV charging infrastructure network, plans to use the fresh capital to build large-scale EV charging superhubs, as it expands its charging infrastructure and ride-hailing network.
