Office space co IndiQube eyes 40% revenue growth in FY24

Flexible office spaces provider IndiQube, which reported a net profit last fiscal after four consecutive years of net losses, is targetting a 40% rise in revenue for the current fiscal, it is learnt.

Backed by a consistent growth in its area under management and sustained occupancy levels, the WestBridge Capital-backed company, operated by Innovent Spaces Pvt. Ltd, recorded a 70% year-on-year (y-o-y) jump in its revenue from operations during the last fiscal to touch ₹595 crore.

The growth can also be attributed to its rent-yielding area, which currently is about 6 million square feet.
