Sebi bars Gensol Eng, its promoters for misuse of funds

Sebi also directed Gensol to halt its planned stock split, debarred the promoters from holding key managerial roles
Capital markets regulator, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) on Tuesday barred Gensol Engineering and its promoters, Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi, from the securities markets till further orders in a fund diversion and governance lapses case.
The regulator also debarred Anmol and Puneet Singh Jaggi from holding the position of a director or managerial post in Gensol until further orders.
Further, Sebi directed Gensol Engineering to put on hold the stock split announced by it.
