Uichico: No regrets lending Bolick

There is no issue whatsoever for both NLEX head coach Jong Uichico and star guard Robert Bolick that they found themselves in a difficult position in the PBA Season 50 playoffs after lending the latter to Gilas Pilipinas for the 33rd Southeast Asian Games.
The Road Warriors were fighting for the top spot prior to Bolick's SEA Games stint but ended up spiraling down to the No. 8 spot with a 6-5 record.
NLEX ended the eliminations on a three-game losing skid and ended up at twice-to-win disadvantage against top seed San Miguel.
