The Swiss Embassy, led by Ambassador Dr. Nicolas Brühl, commemorated the 734th anniversary of Swiss National Day on August 1, marking a celebration of Switzerland's founding rooted in the 1291 Federal Charter.

Under the distinguished presence of the Department of Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Hellen De La Vega, this year's festivities were held at the Enderun Tent in McKinley Hill. Also in attendance was Archbishop Charles John Brown, the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines.
