SM Offices expands into industrial leasing

A side from office leasing, SM Offices, the commercial property arm of SM Prime Holdings Inc. (SM Prime), is now focusing on industrial leasing, offering ready-tomove-in warehouses in Pasig City and Taguig City, as well as build-to-suit developments nationwide.

SM Offices' facilities in Pasig and Taguig include one facility along C-5 Road, which sits on a four-hectare (ha) site and provides over 20,000 square meters (sqm) of warehouse floor area with a mezzanine level, multiple loading bays, and dedicated truck maneuvering areas.

The SM Prime business unit also has sites for build-tosuit industrial developments, including in Parañaque City, Laguna, Cavite, Tarlac, Iloilo, and Davao.
