Senior citizens, PWDs thank PBBM for 50% discount on LRT-1, 2, and MRT-3

Last July, President Ferdinand Marcos delivered three gifts for our students, senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs).
-
They will now get a 50-percent discount on their fares at LRT 1, LRT 2, and MRT 3. Students began getting their 50-percent discount earlier, with a separate lane for easier processing and buying of tickets.
The trains are generally pleasant modes of transportation for the senior citizens and the PWDs since they have a separate place to stay, the first coach of the train. A 50-percent discount just sweetened the pot for people now 60 years old and older and those with disabilities.
