President Marcos has reminded newly promoted generals and flag officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to act as custodians of public resources as they take on higher responsibilities.
Marcos made the remarks during the oath-taking ceremony for 37 newly promoted AFP generals and flag officers, including the lone commissioned graduate of the Foreign Pre-Commissioned Training Institutions at Malacañan Palace on Wednesday, Jan. 7.
