Mayor Isko restores investor confidence in Manila
Manila Bulletin
|October 17, 2025
A top executive of a local car dealership has credited reforms under Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso for helping restore investor confidence in the city.
Paul Tionson, executive of NXT Mile Motors, Inc., remarked during the opening of the company’s first Suzuki Auto dealership in Metro Manila, located along Otis Street in Manila.
“Tt really gives us, investors, confidence in the steps taken by the city government under your new administration: to cut the red tape, to promote ease of doing business, and to foster an environment that is transparent and conducive to business,” Tionson said during the launch on Thursday, Oct. 16.
Tionson also referred to the mayor’s report on his first 100 days in office, which was presented to the City Development Council earlier this month.
