Mayor Isko, MPD urge motorists to blow their horns during car robberies

Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso and the Manila Police District (MPD) urged motorists, especially truckers, to work together to prevent car robberies following the apprehension of two men who were caught stealing cargo from a moving truck on Road 10 (R-10) in Tondo, Manila.

In a media briefing on Thursday, Aug. 21, Domagoso and MPD Station 1 commander Lt. Col. Ronald De Leon presented the two suspects in the robbery that became viral on social media.

The suspects were identified as alias Eusebio and alias Marc. They were caught engaging in illegal gambling before being arrested by the police at Aroma Compound in Barangay 105, Tondo, Manila on Aug. 20.
