FLI to raise P11B for capex
Manila Bulletin
|February 24, 2026
Filinvest Land Inc., the property arm of the Gotianun family’s Filinvest Development Corp., plans to raise P11.57 billion through an issuance of fixed-rate bonds as it seeks to capitalize on improving credit market conditions to fund its 2026 expansion.
The developer’s board approved the peso-denominated offering, which will feature maturities of up to 10 years, according to a regulatory filing on Monday. The issuance represents the third tranche of Filinvest Land’s P35-billion shelf registration program previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Filinvest Land Chief Executive Officer Tristan Las Marias said the capital raise is designed to strengthen the company’s balance sheet while financing projects that align with its growth priorities.
He noted that the move comes as investor appetite for high-quality corporate credit remains robust amid a broader recovery in market liquidity.
