San Miguel's June Mar Fajardo and CJ Perez are pacing the PBA Season 49 Philippine Cup Best Player of the Conference race with the former looking primed for a record-extending 12th top individual honor as of the numbers through the end of the eliminations.
The eight-time Most Valuable Player Fajardo amassed a total of 40.4 statistical points to take the No. 1 spot following averages of 17.5 points, a league-best 13.1 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.6 steals and 0.7 blocks through 11 games.
Perez is not too far behind though with 38.5 SPs after also emerging as the league's top scorer in the elimination with 23.4 ppg on top of 4.9 rpg, 4.3 apg and 1.8 spg.
