Chinese kidnap victim rescued in Parañaque

Authorities from the Parañaque City Police rescued a Chinese national who was reportedly kidnapped by his compatriots, one of whom was arrested during the conduct of a followup operation last Sunday, August 12.
The Southern Police District (SPD) identified the victim as Wu, 31. He was rescued at around 10:36 a.m. at a condominium lobby along Pacific Drive, Barangay Don Galo, Parañaque City.
One of the four suspects, Zhao, 36, was arrested during the followup operation conducted by the police, while the three others remained at large.
