FNG celebrates Japan-Philippines Friendship Day, embodying their shared values and commitment to excellence

Bridging cultures to build remarkable communities

In 1956, the Philippines and Japan formalized diplomatic relations, transforming a difficult postwar past into a modern partnership built on shared values and resilience.

From hardship emerged a lasting bond—one that continues to thrive today. Every July 23, Japan-Philippines Friendship Day honors this enduring relationship and reaffirms both nations' commitment to friendship, mutual progress, and regional stability.

Much like the enduring relationship between Japan and the Philippines, built on decades of trust and collaboration, the partnership between Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG) exemplifies the strength and potential of long-term alliances. Established by two esteemed developers, Federal Land, Inc., and Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (NRE), FNG stands as a testament to cultural synergy and shared purpose.

This Japan-Philippines Friendship Day, FNG proudly celebrates the values that unite both countries, continuing its mission to deliver refined, thoughtfully designed communities inspired by excellence and innovation.

Integrating cultural excellence into real estate development

It started with a vision to establish a new global standard in the real estate industry. Federal Land and NRE, in partnership with Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings, Ltd., launched The Seasons Residences—the country’s first residential development featuring a unique Japanese concept, highlighting MITSUKOSHI BGC in the Philippines at its podium that brings Japanese culture to the local market through its design, curated products, and select retailers.
