Property giant Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) posted an eight-percent growth in net income to P14.2 billion in the first semester of 2025 as revenues surged on the strength of its diversified portfolio.
Property giant Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) posted an eight-percent growth in net income to P14.2 billion in the first semester of 2025 as revenues surged on the strength of its diversified portfolio.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the firm said consolidated revenues jumped 60 percent to P83.1 billion from P51.9 billion in the first half of 2024 on the back of steady property development revenues and solid leasing and hospitality operations.
“Our sales momentum is improving, and we are preparing for a busy second half with P57 billion in new property development launches, and the completion of reinvention works of malls and hotels,” said ALI President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Anna Ma. Margarita Bautista-Dy.
She added that, “These initiatives will support our growth aspirations for 2025 and beyond.”
