MATCH-GOERS 'ABUSING DISABLED PARKING PERMITS'
SOME Manchester United football fans have been abusing Blue Badges for matchday parking, council bosses have claimed.
The misuse includes displaying badges of people who had died, expired badges and badges that had been reported as lost, Trafford council says.
