'Not pretty' but point made

BOLTON head coach Steven Schumacher admitted the direct approach his side adopted was not 'pretty', but he felt it was the best option on a difficult playing surface after the 1-1 draw with Doncaster.

He said: "I felt going that way, playing with those three strikers and going a bit more direct, was probably the right thing. When I saw in the week their pitch, it's difficult to play on.
