Jackets required as spud bros hatch plans

THE OWNERS of a popular food van which has been hailed for some of the 'best jacket spuds' have teased big plans for the coming months.

Despite only launching in September from a van located outside a business centre in Oldham, Hustle N Spud has gained a big reputation for their twists on the humble jacket potato.

Run by brothers Shazad and Shamsu Miah, some of their popular creations include chicken curry, Donner Stir Fry and Salt and Pepper Chicken, but they also serve some of the usual classic crowd-pleasers like cheese and beans and tuna mayo.
