Chef Tom 'so proud' as Skof named No 1 in England

A TOP chef said he is “so proud” of his team's effort after his restaurant received a huge honour.

The AA Hospitality Awards 2025 were held at London's JW Marriott Grosvenor House.
Hosted by Vernon Kay, the prestigious event celebrated the best restaurants and venues across the country across a number of categories.
Claiming one of the evening's top honours of Restaurant of the Year, for England, was Manchester's Skof, which is led by chef-patron Tom Barnes.
Located on Federation Street, near Victoria Station and within the NOMA district, the restaurant only opened its doors last Spring.
