Shining a light on new fun festival

HUNDREDS of families enjoyed the inaugural Shine a Light Festival and the event's success means it will hopefully return next year.
Organised by Macclesfield charities the Rossendale Trust and Space4Autism, the festival took place at Victoria Park on Saturday.
There were live performances to keep crowds entertained, including from Dean Valley Choir, Rock Choir, Puss Bank Singing Squad, Bee Superior Dance Academy, Chordiality Choir and finishing with The Rockerfellas.
