Plans for 90 new homes revealed

A DEVELOPER has announced it plans to build around 90 homes on open land in Macclesfield.

Seddon Homes is asking for views on proposals for land off Gawsworth Road ahead of submitting a planning application to Cheshire East Council.
It says the properties would range from one to five bedrooms and include affordable housing.
Currently the land is designated as 'safeguarded' against development in the borough's Local Plan, but this protection runs out in 2030.
