Fitness programmes on offer at leisure centre

FITNESS and wellbeing programmes are on offer at Bollington Health and Leisure.
-
The centre, on Heath Road, has teamed up with Cheshire East recreation charity Everybody and staff have received extra training.
Two programmes are now available:
• Stand Strong, a 26-week falls prevention class, helping participants get stronger and more stable on their feet.
