Town toilets at end of life lined up for £300,000 renovation

A £300,000 revamp has been earmarked for Loughborough town centre's public toilets.
The Market Yard facilities are reportedly at the end of their life according to officers from Charnwood Borough Council (CBC), with the authority having procured contractors to begin the revamp work in the early months of this year.
Due to the scale of the spend, CBC were due to approve the plans at a cabinet meeting last Thursday.
