'Fix your behaviour!' Sam's warning to dropped Dufty

WARRINGTON coach Sam Burgess warned Matt Dufty to “fix his behaviour up” after the fullback was dropped for Friday’s defeat to Wigan.

The Wolves conceded four second-half tries as they were beaten 24-18 by the champions at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Friday, denting their Betfred Super League playoff hopes and leaving them four points outside the top six.

Burgess did not want to elaborate on his reasons for dropping Dufty and said: “I don’t need to comment further. I have dealt with it internally.

“Matt will pay the price but essentially it hurts the team. He has got to fix his behaviour up. It’s his choice.”
