A NEW Merseyside housing development has been completed and has welcomed its first residents.

Ash Grove is a collection of 36 new homes for affordable rent in Prescot - the development features a mix of semidetached and terraced homes, including 10 two-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom houses, 14 three-bedroom houses and two four-bedroom houses.
