ACTRESS REVEALS BEATLES MOVIE FAUX PAS

ACTRESS Mia McKenna-Bruce admits she couldn't name the members of The Beatles before she was cast as Ringo Starr's first wife in a series of films about the band.

The 28-year-old - who was born 27 years after the Fab Four broke up - will play Maureen Starkey in the four-film series due to be released in 2028.

She said the band "wasn't my jam" before she got the role in the films from Sir Sam Mendes.

Speaking to Tatler magazine for its February edition, available from January 8, she said: "I've known for near on a year, but I couldn't tell my family.
