AXEL Rudakubana's older brother said the risk of the teenager "doing something potentially fatal was a major concern".

Dion Rudakubana, referred to as Dion R, told the inquiry how his violent brother had stabbed his dad at home during a series of terrifying incidents.

Giving evidence to the inquiry from a remote location, Dion R talked senior counsel to the inquiry Nicholas Moss KC through messages where he told his friend he was worried someone would be killed by his brother due to the escalating violence.
