Will there ever be lasting peace in Palestine/Israel?

Whilst the rest of the world reels from the pronouncements of the ultra-nationalist right wing populist Trump administration (with focus shifting latterly to Ukraine), it should not go unnoted that the situation in Palestine/Israel remains of grave concern, with the plight of the population in Gaza as precarious as ever, and the Palestinian population across the whole of Palestine/ Israel continuing to live under the oppression of the apartheid Israeli regime.

Although the government and most of the mainstream media in the UK, and other European nations, continue to propagate Israeli myths and falsehoods, whilst giving both tacit and direct support to the Israeli regime, it was not possible for them to ignore the success, at the Oscars, of the documentary film "No Other Land".
