There's a whole host of attractions, events and activities across the county this Easter, to keep the whole family occupied and away from the chocolate eggs.

Where you can find fun for all the family this Easter

Make the most of the great outdoors with visits to farms, rambles in the countryside or trips to Lancashire's nature reserves to see what wildlife you can spot.

Or why not explore the county’s two National Landscapes - the Forest of Bowland and Silverdale & Arnside - areas of outstanding natural beauty that teem with new life and activities.

It is also the time when some of our most popular attractions reopen, and thrill-seekers will flock to Pleasure Beach Resort, those with a head for heights can climb to the top of The Blackpool Tower or animal-lovers can feed the new baby animals at Mrs Dowson’s Farm Park.

Not only will you find great walking routes, nature reserves, attractions and places to eat, the county goes all out over Easter with events aplenty, with the centrepiece being Preston’s unique annual egg-rolling event, which has been taking place for more than 150 years.

Whether you are looking for traditional Easter festivities or something a little different, Lancashire has it all. Here is a small selection of not-to-be missed things to see and do. For more on things to do around the county, go to visitlancashire.com
