Thief who stabbed security guard almost killed victim

A thug who left a security guard needing lifesaving first aid in a stabbing at B&M store in Preston has been found guilty.

Police were called to Carlisle Street after midday on February 26 where they found the victim with a serious stab wound to his leg.
He was given first aid by officers at the scene before being taken to hospital by North West Ambulance Service.
Armed police soon arrested Andrzej Mikulski, 27, who was later charged with Section 18 wounding with intent.
