Plans for new block of flats behind pub in town centre

Plans have been put forward for a swish new block of flats near the Seven Stars a pub in Leyland.

Permission is being sought to build two detached apartment buildings on a vacant plot of land behind a row of shops at the junction of Leyland Lane and Fox Lane.
The two redbrick buildings would feature a combined total of nine one-bedroomed apartments over two and a half floors.
