A Preston gym is launching classes specifically for those taking weight loss medication in what marks a North West first.

Pro-Fit Personal Training, based in Preston, has designed a new plan for those using GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic and Mounjaro. The aim is to help users lose weight safely while protecting muscle, bone strength and energy levels.
