LCMA Implements Key Measures For Protection Of Urban Water Bodies

The slew of majors has been taken by the Jammu and Kashmir Lakes, Conservation and Management Authority to ensure proper and scientific management of the urban water bodies.
To ensure scientific weed harvesting and dredging of the lakes, cleaning, clearing and dredging of its water channels, it has been ordered that the scientists available with the Authority shall henceforth be recommending and monitoring the whole process on a real time basis, reads a statement.
