Kashmir flood: 'Over 98% Power Network Functional!'

Following the floods in several areas of Kashmir, Power Development Department (PDD) Wednesday said that it has restored electricity in 98 percent affected areas.

Officials of the department further said that nearly a dozen DT transformers were washed away by the floods.

A top official of the department said that floods in several areas of Kashmir have caused a huge damage to the power infrastructure.
