Dr. Rafi Ahmed Jan has become the first doctor from Jammu and Kashmir to be awarded the Fellowship of the Indian Society of Chest Physicians.
The honour was conferred during the National Conference on Pulmonary Diseases (NAPCON) held in Jaipur.
