SRINAGAR: An atmosphere of fear and anxiety grips the Rambagh-Mehjoor Nagar bund every evening, as large groups of aggressive street dogs take over the otherwise peaceful stretch, chasing pedestrians and vehicles, particularly two-wheelers, with alarming regularity.
