Leipzig star to finalise €85m move to United

BENJAMIN Sesko will undergo a medical in the next 24 hours before completing a €85m move to Manchester United.

The RB Leipzig striker will pen a five-year deal at Old Trafford as Manchester United push their summer spending through the €200m barrier.

Sesko has opted to join Ruben Amorim's revamped strikeforce despite Newcastle also agreeing a deal with Leipzig, which would have seen the Magpies part with more cash upfront.

But reports in Germany claim Sesko was so desperate to make the move to United that he has snubbed the higher wage packet on offer at St James' Park.
