Heartbroken brother fears he'll be made homeless

A MAN who saw his elderly brother die last St Patrick's Day when a car crashed into them has revealed his fears of being made homeless.
The tragedy occurred metres from their home in Letterkenny, Co Donegal.
School lollipop man Anthony Gallagher died while his brother Martin, both in their 60s, was critically injured and is still recovering.
Now, six months after the tragedy, Martin fears that he will be made homeless because his house was deemed "unsafe" by local authority regulations.
